tulsa county assessor Ken Yazel told KWGS that (he believes) the funds are already there to do this work without renewing this tax.

Well, we could either keep adding guest wings on to the Moss Jail, or incarcerate fewer people for petty crimes.

Except for the fact that part of the deal to finish the BOK Center with surplus funds was that the rest of the surplus would be spent outside of downtown.

Yeah, but then we could put actual violent offenders in there....like the one I have mentioned a few times previously who was not allow to plead guilty due to "family connections" to the judge and Tim Harris' office.
