Keystone Dam is releasing 76,500 cubic feet per second which is about 4 times average for this date. That puts the river at 13.5 ft at the 11th street bridge. Lowater dam is not visible. The islands are submerged(so much for least tern preserves).

I am not being alarmist. The river will handle a lot more but has anyone been to Riverwalk since last night to see the effect there? I believe its been 3 years since this amount of release. That's pre-Riverwalk construction.
