What makes this restaurant unique: They make a sammich, then they deliver it.

Couldn't make it out of the office today so myself and a few others placed an order for sandwiches. We each got something different and the online ordering process was a breeze. A short time after we ordered I received an email that summarized the order.

The food arrived promptly by bicycle courier, seriously that guy must have flown to get here, and was still nice and warm. The sandwiches were well made and not the normal slapped together type you get at Subway or Quizno's. We were all impressed by the speed of the order and the non crushed, pleasant looking appearance of the sandwiches when we opened them. I must say the included whole pickles made me feel inadequate and like I needed to apologize to my wife when I get home tonight.

The quality of the sandwiches was outstanding. I know that sounds a bit silly, but after a steady diet of the other downtown sandwich choices it was like my first drink of good bourbon after suffering through Wild Turkey during my college years. The only issue we took with the sandwiches were that they were dry. I'm not sure if whoever made them was in a rush or not, but everyone commented on how the sandwiches lacked any dressing. For example I had the Vito and there was no vinaigrette on it. Another person had the Pepe and it was without mayo. Not a huge deal, but it did take away from the overall quality of the sandwich.

Would we order from there again? Heck yeah! Great to have them downtown.

This place makes me mad when I go in to the shop and get a sandwich. You would think they would have the courtesy to let me get my drink filled before calling my number, sheesh, is 45 seconds too much to ask for?

It takes you more than 30 seconds to get a drink filled?  Slow poke.
