So will there be a competition downtown this year to coincide with the beer festival?  That worked out pretty good last year.

My understanding is reinvented as BBQ "showcase" not a "competition."  No KCBS judges this year.  I also heard Three Guys Smoking won't be there, so why even show up!   Shocked
