Would be great for them to start another version of the United Football League:

The UFL didn't have enough teams to sustain it and they were too far apart (Las Vegas, Sacramento, Omaha & Virginia) geographically.
There are a number of cities in the United States where a mid-major football league could survive. Take these cities on the west coast and midwest: Amarillo, Des Moines, Las Vegas, Little Rock, Omaha, Oklahoma City, Portland, Sacramento, San Jose, Shreveport, Tulsa and Wichita; any eight of these 12 cities could be a good starting base.
Maybe someone will come up with a league where travel wouldn't be too expensive (mostly bus) and have another contract with a CBS sports affiliate.
