Just rumors but have heard something like this:

It was started by a woman who shortly thereafter got a divorce. Husband owned it so it closed. He then let some other people run it but it seems like they couldn't keep it going.

Closed for affairs.

"Rumor" I heard was that the first business put over $100,000 into the space, which from what I hear was way to much to make a go of this size a space in this location.  Also heard that they want over $2000 a month to use the space, that on top of the building rent, utilities, etc. Lots of people interested in the space, but most who seem to know what they are doing balk at the expense in this situation. If there is any truth to this, sounds like the first business may have made it so that now even anyone who wants to go in after will not reasonably be able to do so.  Would really like to see something go into the space, but not sure what is going to happen with the way things are.
