Opinions on new housing developments in BA

We'll likely be moving to BA in the next few months.  So far we've narrowed our houses down to the following communities:

Washington Lane
The Highlands at Forest Ridge
Stonewood Hills

I'd like to hear any pros and cons of any of these communities.

Some ideal qualities for us would be:
Walking trails
Highly-rated elementary school
Trees!!! [}:)]
Nearby parks (preferably in neighborhood)
Quiet

We'd also like to hear reviews on these builders:

Simmons
Roland
Cagle
