Hey Waterboy...

You know anything about wing-dams?  I've done a little research on them...it seems to me...though I could be wrong...that a properly built wing-dam could reduce the amount of sediment.

Maybe even a double wing-dam...where an island was built in the center of the river...with two wing-dams on each side.  Sort of a "W" shape.

Any thoughts?
