Maintenance has been level at $200 Million a year since 1985 (that's 20 years, folks).  The bill will add more money to the maintenance pot; by year five it will top out at an additional $170 Million a year.

Also in the bill, $2 million a year to keep the Heartland Flyer going...still doesn't stop in Tulsa.
