I rarely buy ground beef to start with but I’m such a food additive phobe, I only get it from butchers I trust or Whole Paycheck.

He is. I've witnesses it. I had no idea what he was talking about at Siegis but I am forever in fear of processed meat of any kind. Grin

Some people were on their facebook page and Reasor's commented "we don't use ammonia processed meat" but I don't know if I would take that as an official answer...
