What makes this restaurant unique:

This is after my 3rd visit to Sushi Hana on 99th and Delaware (King's Landing).  Took my daughter for a daddy daughter date this time.

Food on every visit has been awesome!  Nigeri is very large and the quality of the meat could not be any better if the fish was alive.  If you get salmon, they use only the fatty salmon and it's amazing tasting.  Rolls are large and the presentation is fantastic.  Even the simple (beginner) stuff like California roll has a fresh twist.

Soup, salad, rolls, sashimi, and nigeri are all wonderful.

How many Sushi places can Tulsa support? They are seemingly getting close to outnumbering Steak Houses and BBQ joints. Where are we? San Francisco?
