In the event the Supreme Court of Oklahoma was to rule in favor of the councilors under the cloud of recall; Tulsa’s good ole boys now have a backup already in place.   At the cost of nearly $12 dollars a vote cast to elect the new councilor there will be no question that the “yes” vote will bring tranquility to the system of “He who has the gold will rule”.   This will also be a forerunner of showing how the system operates in this city in the event there was to be in the future a councilor that losses his “yes” stamp.

True the city will move forward, down the same path it has taken in the past as the sun sinks lower on the horizon, bringing back its twilight zone.
