Well common sense, Brookside had to have less overhead, very little retail, waiting lists for the kids classes they were doing....again..I guess I really have no reason to post what ifs' on the interweb...sorry for clogging the tubes and pipes...

seems like if Sage South was where the issue was they should have closed it first and left brookside open
