Not really sure where the expansion is.  Could you elaborate please?

Not that is matters.  No more surface parking is needed in my opinion.  I'd just like to know what space they're considering.

East, into the residential area.  They are seeking to rezone the R district.

Interesting. Which lieyar did KJRH hire? Lou? Roy? Tanner did the crayons.

PUD's were not invented for this approach to zoning. Staff does not support rezoning but does support a PUD. The "master plan" (exhibit F) is clear in intent with regard to the area from Crow Creek south to I 44.

Odds are 23 to 1 of this happening. And my bets on taking the odds and KJRH. There is precedent and the change conforms.
