My spouse and I drove by there today. The windows are covered with newspaper, with a message saying it has been bought out by Qudobos Mexican Grill and thanking customers for the past 6 years.

Either Atomic Burrito didn't do well enough (hard to believe, given its food and location), or the previous owners received an offer too good to refuse.
