Maybe he got the heart of a nice guy and will undergo a personal transformation and repent and apologize for all he's done...  nah. Tongue

I think the Darth Vader respirator device would be fitting.

The common man of his age would never qualify.... this is proof America has a two tier health care system already.

Public health care would never approve a heart transplant for someone over 70.
