Anybody know why the road construction on 91st between 129th and Garnett was held up for almost 8 months?  It should have been done by now.

Apparently the construction contractors got into some squabble with the city of Broken Arrow.

Now I'm hearing some building permits are being held up also?

Anybody know anything?

Looks like the original contractor messed up on something, so BA cancelled the contract. (Maybe they were low bidder?)

Now City of BA took it over and if they mess up, they can just keep messing up until whenever...
