I should point out that this guy really only had 1 soft goal scored on him.  I kinda felt sorry for him, because for the most part, his teammates were allowing a lot of passing in front of him.  He was constantly changing position and never really could get set.

Keep that up and they might have to open up the upper level.  Smiley

Lower bowl capacity is still more than the CC full.  CC hockey sellout was 7111 or 7096, depending on who you talked to.  BOK lower bowl hockey capacity is 7619.

I kinda miss the CC. That placed rocked when it was full for either hockey or Talons games. I was at the Arenabowl when the Talons won in 2003. Couldn't hear anything until the next day.

Yup.  But it got to the point where parts of the ceiling were falling out on a more consistent basis than I would have liked.  Plus, I like the fact now the guys are playing on an NHL regulation size ice surface like most hockey leagues.  CC's ice was 185'L x 80'W.  Regulation size is 200'L x 85'W  I can see the difference and the play reflects it.

Ya kickoffs were always fun at Talons games. Lets see now, will it hit the scoreboard or the celing? lol.. If if the ball did hit the celing the players below would scatter.
