Tulsa City Councilors call for security study of downtown, so that they can stay "ahead of the curve" on public safety issues related to the arena/redevelopment.

Jim Norton, Dowtown Tulsa Unlimited, seems to be pushing for lighting and "community policing" (e.g. police on horseys, bikes, and foot).  Anxious to see if the TPD agrees.  Interesting.
