Al Sultan Grill is an all-you-can-eat buffet of Middle Eastern selections, and the price is $7.99 for lunch and dinner all week. Hilalat also acquired additional space next to the restaurant and turned it into a good-sized market of Middle Eastern food items.

I ate there today.   Pretty good.   Only thing I ate that I did not care for was the egg plant.  It was over cooked.  Everything else was very tasty.  

I will go back again when I'm in the area around lunch time.
