Saw this today...they will be going in the long-vacant Mervyn's space on the west side of Promenade between JC Penney and Macy's.  Good to see this space being filled, and good for midtown to have such a nice fitness center.  The one at 101st & Sheridan is really nice.

They don't pay their bills at the current one, either that or they pay their rent by stiffing contractors.  Not good people to do business with.
