They make a spicy duck lahb that's really out of this world. Also, pho to die for. I can't say enough about them, really. 
Isn't lahb served at room temperature? My hindbrain thinks meat should either be hot or cold, never lukewarm.

You're focusing on the "warm" part of lukewarm.  It's been cooked but just isn't delivered that way.  I always think of it as Thai Beef Salad, and that gets me through.

Thanks for the head's up. 

My wife works with the American Institute for Teaching East Asia at OU.  She says that all of the exchange teachers they work with from China order from Hmong Cafe, on 31st because it is the "most authentic."  Apparently they also have an unpublished Chinese menu just for the Chinese community.
