Yep, I was wrong, 25% all the way around.  Of course you can get around this by having your car tagged outside of Oklahoma.  I would say technically if you had indian nation tags that would work as well.

I actually was looking for tint for my new truck and called all the above / emailed received a response from one of them which was about 30.00 more than Tulsa Truck Works & Car Toys, I def was impressed with the customer service of Tulsa Truck Works over all the ones called and the pricing was reasonable and inline for 5% tint...
