This is a Tier 3 junior A hockey league. The players are all between the ages of 16 and 20. They don't get paid and instead pay hundreds of dollars a month to be able to be in the league.

Tulsa plays in a league with El Paso, San Antonio, Boulder, Colorado and Rio Rancho, New Mexico.
