When will Tim Burton learn that Johnny Depp is not perfect to play every role.

Which character(s) would you change actors and with whom?

Just pointing out that he has cast him in 8 of his last 12 movies.

Gene Wilder set the bar for Willy Wonka. I liked some things in the new version but not Depp. His performance as the mad hatter in the trailer falls flat for me as well and if you didn't know the story the trailer makes it seem like he's the main character.

Kind of like Scorsese's obsession with DiCaprio.  He was a lousy pick for Howard Hughes.

I'm wondering if they wear latex around each other.
