"When the possible move was first announced, then President and CEO Luis Marin said it was part of a strategic move to locate the parent company's assets into one location -- Houston.

But, now the alleged probe is asking questions about that. Alberto Garcia is a lawmaker for the Fifth Republic Movement Party, which is involved in the investigation."
