" Plans to build the state's first private toll bridge in south Tulsa County are moving forward.

Tulsa County commissioners voted to allow Infrastructure Ventures to secure financing and equity partners to build the $33-million bridge. The company will pay all costs associated with the bridge and operate it for 75 years.

The county will provide emergency services and snow and ice removal. It will get 10% of the net revenue from tolls after the first ten years of operation.

The bridge could open in January 2007."
