Wow.  Although I can't put him up on the same level as the other four, he was beginning to mark his mark in the mainstream with that TV show he was doing.  Same age as MJ also.

Dude hit his head from a plane ride and wasn't feeling good before he went to bed.  Probably died from a head injury.

Didn't really mind him as a pitchman but that ShamWow dude...why couldn't he have hit his head...that guy is annnoyyinnggg!

Closest one to here is in arkansas. We don't have White Castle either except in the freezer case which is NOT the same thing.
