There is a construction fence and lots of activity at 1st and Lansing, the weird little triangle of land.  Is that a staging area for somewhere else or is something going in there? 

They are working on a bridge in that vicinity.  I suspect it is related to that project.

I think you're right.  Those triangular sites can turn into some pretty cool buildings, hopefully we'll start to see that happen as that areas redevelops.

Though that triangle may be tough because the train tracks run through it (creating two smaller triangles).

Conan - its just south of the TT warehouse.  Staging for the bridge project(s) makes a lot of sense.  That's probably what it is.
