A local restauranteur (pizzaboy) told me that Taco Bueno had a new concept restaurant in Catoosa. Since it is my kid's favorite dining place, we had to try it out.

It is very different.

They had lots of new offerings for each of the items (tacos, quesadillas, etc,), including Yucatan chicken and tropical salsa, brisket with chipolte BBQ sauce, steak with peppercorn, and grilled chicken with cheddar. They had a nice selection of salads as well.

The bowls included black beans and spicy rice. They had a salsa bar and most surprising to us, a waitress brought us our food.

The decor is dark tile floors with cherry wood tables and a large flat screen that allowed me to watch the golf tournament while eating dinner.

It was a very nice dinner out and we still fed four for under $20.

Seeing as this is mine and my GF's favorite fast food place, we just might have to check that out.  Where is it at in catoosa?  I know, drive down three streets and I'm bound to find it, but I'm lazy and don't want to drive down two extra streets.

Right across from the casino (to the east). They are building a Walgreens right in front of it.

Should have known... will have to resist the urge to take an RPG with me and take shots at the casino while eating

Bring back Senor Bueno.

America needs the leadership, wisdom and wit of a talking hand more than ever during these turbulent and trying economic times.
