I have, it is what I would call "good cheap chow"

Service is spartan at best but for the price what do you expect.

THat is the place that has been closed down several times by the health department for extremely serious health violations.

Go to Golden Chef of Tulsa at 26th and Harvard, just across from Braums if you like good cheap chow. I don't recall health department issues there.

Just good Chinese food and the place is owned by a couple who work there.

Overpriced average chinese food. Better to go to Szechuan express at 51st and memorial.

I prefer New Hong Kong by TU, but that probably is not what you are looking for. LOL

Poison slop.

Where's a clean Asian food joint? And I don't mean the floors and bathrooms.

Be Le is the only Asian clean food eatery .

Another vote for New Hong Kong! (although most people here at work don't know it's name - we all just simply say "Cheap Chinese", and everybody knows what it is.)

Not the cleanest restaurant in Tulsa, but the food is excellent for the price - and the lady behind the counter looks like she's happy to see us every time we go in. Been going there for 8 years.

Ha ha! Yeah, and she even remembers my order.

Are you all serious??? I have tried New Hong Kong 4 - 5 times as I live very close, and I will never go back. Every time I go, the food is so mediocre, or simply not good. I remember the last time, I thought I'll give them one more try and get something different, but it still sucked. I would rather drive to Szechuan at 51 and memorial than eat there out of convenience.

Another vote for Golden Chef at 29th and Harvard (next to the Colony, across from Braum's).  Good cheap Chinese food.  Plenty of portions.  They will modify the order to suit your need if you want (less peas, more heat, whatever).  Friendly service and if you go there a couple times a month they remember who you are.

Szechuan is wonderful!

It may be the only place in the world that is all three...cheap, fast and good.
