Just learned that HB 1975 by Rep Moore and Speaker Benge will be heard at the end of business today.  This bill is known as the Mandate Killer Bill.  It is similar to the bill that Ex-Rep Ron Peterson tried to pass last year.

It basically states that any insurance mandate bill must be introduced in an odd numbered year and then be considered during even numbered year.

Also, it placed a undue financial burden placed upon the group petitioning for the mandate.

Please notify your representative to vote no on this insane bill as it is. They are voting on it this afternoon.
