I have heard both the McFarlin Building (5th and Main) and the Reunion Center (4th and Main) have new ground floor tenants in their vacant spaces. The Reunion Center space was a bank lobby and is now becoming ?? and coincidentally the McFarlin building space which was a gym is becoming a bank.

Yes, its going to be an IBC Bank branch, not sure who Brune got into the Reunion though...but a restaurant or bar called the Vault would be great in the old bank space in that building.
