Letters of Intent for College football can come in today.  Tulsa could have a top 50 recruiting class - they should beat out some of the big boys for specific recruits (LSU, Iowa, Arkansas, even OU for one or two) and will beat out some of the big boys in class ranking.  Should be one of TU's best recruiting classes ever.
