Not surprising given what is going on in the economy but ironic indeed since the City has given plenty of work to both companies in the last couple of years...oh wait, since the new administration.  Guess this takes some of the open bid competition out of the way for Tulsa contracts.

Now if Jones Lang LaSalle can actually deliver on their promises of selling some of this City property that we are paying them $335,000 plus commission to study, package, market and represent.

I still hold firm to the fact that there are big local players that could and would have done this for nothing more than a commission.  But why should the City contribute to its own local business community I suppose.  Irony indeed.
