City Hires Outside Legal Counsel for Jail Fight

The Mayor has traveled using her private plane extensively while in office on City business and has done so on her own dime.  It is well publicized that she does not take a salary.  I think there should be absolutely no concerns that the Mayor is personally benefiting from her office or asking the citizens to pay for anything simply because she is used to a certain way of life.  Being Mayor has cost her many, many more dollars than it has earned her.  

Obviously, not every Mayor has the personal wealth to do these things but she does and she has.
