invalid username/password

I have created two different accounts using two different email addys but I still can not reply to a post.

here it does not require me to also enter my username and password, which makes sense, since I am already logged on.  So WHY does it require me to renter my Username and Password in order to leave a comment under Discussion?  Obviously I can type my username and password correctly because I am already logged on.  Worse yet, even though I keep entering it correctly, all I get is: There has been a problem!

clear your cookies and cache. Your browser is displaying bad info. It happens with IE most often.

Invalid Password or User Name

I have this same problem all the time.  I just refresh browser & it will usually show that I'm logged in.  Sometimes, I have to log out completely, sign in again.
