Join Dave Isay, the founder of StoryCorps, at Barnes and Noble (5231 East 41 Street) at 7:00 PM on Monday, November 10th, where he will be answering questions and sharing stories from New York Times Bestseller “Listening Is An Act of Love: A Celebration of American Life from the StoryCorps Project.”

Tens of thousands of everyday Americans have interviewed their loved ones through StoryCorps, one of the largest national oral history projects of its kind.  "Listening Is An Act of Love" is a compilation of some of the most remarkable stories, arranged thematically to form a moving portrait of American life.  For more information about “Listening Is an Act of Love” and the book tour event, please visit http://www.storycorps.net/book/book-tour.  We hope to see you there!

I love StoryCorps!  So sad I missed this event.  (I did get to hear an interview with the author on Studio Tulsa.)  I'll have to go out and buy the book.
