Regular live music does sound good.  We try to have an event at least once a month, Second Saturdays, and once I am in town more next year I want to definitely have something going on each week (book club and book signings, kids crafts, live music, etc.).  Lately I have been staying in Norman doing a large mural project that will run into next year, so am having to rely on staff to keep things going. Am so burnt out on the mural thing lol, 25+ years of it is enough, time to chase another dream and soooo want to begin focusing on DECOPOLIS and begin to expand it into something really special.  This current gift shop/book store is just phase 1.  By the end of next year will have to begin to look for a new larger location.  Thinking of having two locations as the next phase with the main DECOPOLIS store being in a much larger spot and the current shop becoming DECOPOLIS Books.  Ideally for phase 3 I would like to have either a large, themed department store type entity (think Harrods meets Disney), or multiple smaller stores all along one street or in one contiguous area so that I can better control the look and feel of that area (have street parties, synergies with advertising and promoting bringing people into that area, etc.).

Oh, and the commercials will be on hiatus for the next couple weeks (time slots were already booked) but will run again for 3 weeks in December.

Is the mural in Norman indoors or outdoors?  I am down there quite a bit (sadly) and would drive by to see it if it is "see-able"...

I don’t share my thoughts because I think it will change the minds of people who think differently.  I share my thoughts to show the people who already think like me that they are not alone.

Not Stoops house, is it?  He would have plenty of room for that and more!  The place is huge!

Randy Brumley!  We love being able to have him entertain visitors to our little corner of downtown.

He's currently #1 on the ReverbNation chart for Tulsa Singer Songwriter / Folk Rock / Acoustic Rock. Have a listen!
