I have a warehouse located next to these new lofts that I use to store recycling bins and related supplies. I fixed up my building twelve years ago and have been waiting for the neighborhood to improve. It will be nice to have residential neighbors... These types of investments pay off huge for any downtown area as a whole in the long run. I wonder how much the lofts will go for? In four or five years, we may be moving to Tulsa and I'd like to move downtown into just this type of place.
