I liked Serrano's, Weber's, Phat Phillie's, all of them, but Caz's was excellent. Our waiter, Jimmy was great. The owner, Jeff Castleberry came by to greet us even telling about his past. I loved the Cuban sandwich and didn't realize that his chef used to be the personal chef for Fidel Castro. I also loved the corn, bean and cucumber salad. I also loved the discussions. The annexation, river development and other topics were fun conversation. I was surprised that he offered me the Cuban cigar. Was that legal? It smokes so well it must be illegal![:P]
