Luckily, the injuries do not seem life-threatening. They did say that police are already having difficulties because no one wants to come forward and be a witness. What is wrong with these people? If you don't take a stand against gangs and crime, then how can you expect the situation to improve? Mayor Kathy needs to turn all police forces loose on these gangs. The court system needs to keep these gang members in jail and not return them to the streets.
