Anyone know any of the specifics on this:

If anyone has a user account set up at the link above, it would be nice to know some of the details, like where they plan to put it up. Twelve buildings?? wow and yuck.

The pic and map that you can click on are generic ones of Owasso and not related to this particular project unless you're a registered user. Other projects (restaurants) in the database show the exact same pic and map.
