Title: Concord - New Urbanism Community Post by: LandArchPoke on October 25, 2020, 05:57:50 pm Found the other one I've been hearing about. Called Concord, I'm still not 100% of which tract of land it is but it's East Tulsa/North BA area so I believe it's in BA schools.
https://concordok.com/ Planning Design Group did the master plan and Selser Schaefer is working on the community center architecture (has a video rendering of the common area). http://planningdesigngroup.com/projects/community-planning-2/concord-master-plan-community/ https://www.selserschaefer.com/projects/concord/ Developer is a group called SixthDay Properties: http://www.sixthdayproperties.com/ (https://i.imgur.com/Uodirqq.png) (https://i.imgur.com/iEaNNqG.png) (https://i.imgur.com/Tc9MfBv.png) Title: Re: Concord - New Urbanism Community Post by: LandArchPoke on October 25, 2020, 05:58:52 pm (https://i.imgur.com/B55lJdW.png)
Title: Re: Concord - New Urbanism Community Post by: tulsabug on October 29, 2020, 09:01:28 pm I like the community center design but it all screams HOA and a really expensive one at that not to mention the housing, though admittedly not fleshed-out in this early rendering, is probably going to be a full-tilt Edward Scissorhands suburbia. I see they're touting affordability but I'd be curious what they define as affordable.

There does appear to be what is called pocket neighborhoods mixed in, so those might actually be affordable in the $150-250k range but they wouldn't have a garage and would be smaller homes.
Looks like this is off 31st Street between Lynn Lane and County Line, so Tulsa but BA schools. |
