Title: Residential Lot Grade Post by: patric on June 07, 2020, 02:40:20 pm Im seeing where a developer has trucked in tons of soil (and what looks like chat) to raise the grade of a cleared lot in my area by several feet.
I thought I read here that significant changes to drainage and hydrology required city approval, especially when the new grade is about four feet from neighbors fences. Does that sound like a discussion anyone remembers?
