Renderings look nice. Sounds like an ambitious company! I wonder when it'll be done. Maybe they plan to grow fast enough to fill up both offices, but would be tough to do. With these new buildings, it is great for downtown and preservation, but also a challenge for anyone holding on to the now vacant space left behind. It will probably push those owners to renovate to compete (if necessary) or potentially turn some space into apartments if there's not enough office space demand. Great that these buildings went from manufacturing storage to office space plus whatever else Nelson and Stowe has planned for that development. |
