Anyone know what the first bullet point means? Quote Three (3) or more separate violations of criminal statutes of the State of Oklahoma and/or the criminal ordinances of the City of Tulsa in the dwelling or structure or on the premises of a dwelling or structure, or on property within one hundred (100) feet of a dwelling or structure or the premises of a dwelling or structure, within a twenty-four (24) month period; and/or Does this apply to consistent armed robbery / shootings? And an apparent lack of security? |
