Wonderful to see development like this in N Tulsa.  Hopefully it acts as an initial investment that brings in more private dollars and less dollar stores.

Another terrible missed opportunity to build a place that could be more vibrant and that the community could be proud of by making the developments pedestrian & transit friendly and up to the sidewalks.

I don't think we are in a place to be picky when it comes to North Tulsa developments.  Lets just be thankful its happening.

Looks like a pedestrian plaza area along Pine and all the parking is behind the buildings.  What would be better, more density?  I think it's appropriate for the area.
