One of the biggest talking points for the $204M in Vision funding was because the 911 Center was short staffed. We are getting ripped off! This is infuriating. Are transits cuts next?! Political hay needs to be made of this as one more reason to un-seat the Bartlet (sic) regime.

Master Control at David L. Moss can accepted calls and dispatched deputies as well. Officials said a car crash near 1155 North Peoria caused the outage affecting AT&T service and 911 service. Oklahoma Highway Patrol officials said they also experienced issues with their radio service. Osage County officials said they had trouble as well. People in that area could call 918-287-3131 if they needed help. AT&T released a statement on the outages Monday: "Due to a fiber cut caused by an automobile accident some customers in Collinsville, Bird Creek, West Owasso and surrounding areas may be experiencing issues with wireless, landline or internet services. Our technicians are on-site working with the power company to repair the pole and restore service as quickly as possible." |
