Former auto warehouse. The restaurant portion will be a brewpub...that is if the rumors are true. The general permits were in the Sunday Tulsa World a few weeks ago.

But you know how rumors are. I spoke to a buddy of mine who has a business up there. Confirms Kaiser leased it. Says retail below and lofts for Teach For America teachers upstairs. I was told he decided he didn't want any of his kids to get it, so he did a lease with GKFF that will outlive them.
